If you need support with your account, you will need to submit a ticket. To do this follow these steps:
2) Once logged in, select ‘Support’ from the main menu.
3) Click ‘Submit A Ticket’.
4) Fill in the form which appears, indicating the nature of your support request, the department you wish to contact and any other details that may help us.
5) Click the ‘Submit’ button.
If you have followed the steps above correctly, you should have being redirected to a page displaying your new ticket.
Our technical support department endeavours to respond to all tickets within a maximum of 12 hours, and our billing/sales and managment team within 24 hours.
